About Airborne BMX

If you like BMX games where every jump can be a spectacular performance, then Airborne BMX is a game to check out. In this BMX sports game the focus is on acrobatics, technical combos and bike control in mid-air. Rather than just trying to get to the end, players are incentivized to try out a range of techniques to link together long sequences of tricks and accumulate high scores.

60 Levels, Tons of Tricks to Learn

The coolest thing about Airborne BMX is the way it mixes speed with skill. Each track is handcrafted with slopes, gaps, ramps, and various obstacles. Good timing is needed to jump up in the air do a trick; you need to get your speed right before leaving the ramp, choose the right trick in the air, and land safely back on the ground.

Simple moves like backflips, frontflips, or spins can start a combo. Once you get the hang of the controls, however, you can chain multiple techniques together for massive scores.

Jumps & Flips: Use ramps to get your BMX in the air and land backflips or frontflips.

Mid-air spin: Left and right spins can be added to your combo chain.

Basic tricks Tables: barspins, turndowns, and tailwhips add flair to your routine.

Advanced tricks: Use the Shift key along with WASD controls to execute more intricate maneuvers.

Landing: A trick isn't everything; a good landing is necessary to keep your combo and also to increase your score.

Speed Control

Rushing doesn’t equal the best result. Keeping the right speed helps you measure the distance between ramps and get ready for the next jump.

Time

If you flip or spin too early then you can lose control or direction. Keep an eye on the ramp and initiate your trick at the right time.

Prioritize the Landing

Longer combos yield higher scores, but a failed landing can wipe out the entire trick chain. Don't get too greedy for points if you aren't confident in your bike control.

What Does Airborne BMX Offer?

If it were just about jumps and a few fixed tracks, Airborne BMX could quickly become repetitive. However, the game offers plenty of content to keep players coming back.

60 handcrafted BMX levels featuring diverse terrain.

• Over 40 tricks that allow for various combo combinations.

Over 200 challenges that provide goals beyond simply completing the level.

15 riders to unlock and choose from.

15 BMX bikes, each with its own unique style.

• A bike editor that lets players customize their ride to their liking.

• Platinum medals for those aiming to achieve the highest accolades.

Is Airborne BMX Difficult?

Airborne BMX isn't the type of game where you just press a key and race to the finish line. The first few levels are good for getting used to the speed and basic tricks, but as you advance the gaps between ramps get wider and the technical demands become much more strict.

To make a big jump, you don’t just spin the bike over and over. You have to get your speed right before you leave the ramp, choose the right trick in the air and watch your landing spot.

Trying to pull off too many moves in a single jump dramatically increases the risk of losing control. So, a good player is not the one who pulls the most tricks but the one who knows when to take risks and when to focus on a safe landing.
